The Purdue Pharma Settlement for misbranding Oxycotin
“Also, in a rare move, three executives of Purdue Pharma, including its president and its top lawyer, pleaded guilty today as individuals to misbranding, a criminal violation. They agreed to pay a total of $34.5 million in fines”. For full story
I for one am NOT satisfied with this settlement for misbranding the narcotic Oxycotin. We put thousands of THC users into jail. These guys are the real drug pushers. I won’t rest until the first among many do jail time. We would have done well to start out with these three drug pushers but the prosecutors blew it by settling. Read More>>
